Both, beause they blen each other in principle and reality

Zambians are gregaious by nature, so work gets moving when working with others and better still one learns from others

One gets focused with minimum dstractions and retrogression from ill-thought workmates
What was your worst working experience?
When an office-mate worked behind my back, but always the truth comes out
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
To be professional and stick to working condtins andregulations. Also, being a inovative as possible with minimum supervision

I am able to beat deadlines when working,have good command in English, can lead others while working unitedly with them, i.e. am a team player, capable of devising viable projcts withing my fields (Special Education and Adult Education)taking into consideration contemporary teaching methodologies, like technology.

Revising other people's works-articles and books, etc Marking assignments

Marking scripts of old, mature people trying to catch up with education

Reading a cross section of books, Visiting the OVCs, espcially inviduals with spcial eduction needs (SEN)
