British

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English proficient and German little

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Namibia. Our family friends already staying there. Also to experience African weather.

What countries have you worked in?

Zimbabwe and The United Kingdom.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

European Union

What field do you currently work in?

Education

What fields have you worked in before?

Health and Social Care

What qualifications do you hold?

MBA degree, BEd degree, MSc in Health Promotion and Psychology, PGCE Secondary and Diploma in Nursing Level 4.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both are equal as they complement each other. However formal education is used to perfect skills yet skills maybe acquired with no formal education by working alongside a formally educated skilled person.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Learning from others, team building, communication skills, accomodative and accepting view points of others and getting constructive criticism at times.

Describe the benefits of working alone

No distructions from others and staying focused.

What was your worst working experience?

Once worked in a remote area where buses came once a week and teaching under trees.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To learn from my mistakes and take responsibility of my actions. Also to seek help from those more experienced than me.

What unique skills do you have?

Eloquency, diverse business and health knowledge base, listening and empowering others, ICT skills and classical dancing.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Run a school as a next job role in my career of 20 years now.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Research work, fundraising for the school, 100 percent pass rate and working in a successful school in Cambridge.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Unruly and difficult students sometimes.
