Formal education or skills and why? Formal education as I find it easier to work within a certain curriculum. Describe the benefits of working with others I have had extreme success working in a communial environment as it benefits my skills. Describe the benefits of working alone Tutoring individual pupils have been a great success in my experience especially students with learning disabilities. What was your worst working experience? Saudi Arabia where females are totally isolated. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To build excellent relationships with students and parents to make teaching most enjoyable. What unique skills do you have? Communicating with young and old. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To teach somewhere in the country-side in Namibia in peaceful environment where the teacher and students all feel at peace with the outside world and nature. When members of the staff do not understand each other and their different needs.
