Namibian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

Fluent English, Silozi and Subia.

Student at the Polytechnic of Namibia.

Grade 10 certificate, Grade 12 Higher Level Certificate and current university academic record.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I prefer skills to formal education in the sense that skills do really help to minimise or avoid any errors at the work place.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others creates a healthy working environment and it ensures that service is at its maximum.. It also does promote competition which in turn does help workers to give in their very best.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone does ensure that a person becomes a specialist at what they do and it actually helps employees to exploit their skills very well.

What unique skills do you have?

Very good with numbers and have a very very low level of making any errors.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Business Consultant.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Working around people and delivering quality service.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Long working hours.
