I worked as an Executive Secretary for five years at Air Zimbabwe Holdings What qualifications do you hold? I am a holder of a Diploma in Executive Secretarial, Certificate in Worldspan(Reservations/Booking System) plus i am a holder of certificate in Elementary ticketing Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i consider skills because this enables me to excute my duties properly Describe the benefits of working with others Sharing of ideas and also job related tasks will be easily manageable when working as a Team. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone enables one to show his/her talent without any help from others. It also helps keep one's privacy than working as a team. Working alone also enables one to execute his/her duties without any disturbances, in other words if you are working alone you concentrate more than you do when you work with others. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when i worked with someone who was going against Company Rules in order to gain favouratisim from Clients at my expense.Thus gaining more popularity than me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i have learnt that everyday you go to work you learn new ideas either from your workmates or from Clients. I also learnt that we should respect each other irregardless of what position they have whether higher or lower as each and every person plays a pivotal role in the day to day operations of the Company.
