I am a holder of a Diploma in Executive Secretarial, Certificate in Worldspan(Reservations/Booking System) plus i am a holder of certificate in Elementary ticketing

i consider skills because this enables me to excute my duties properly

Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone enables one to show his/her talent without any help from others. It also helps keep one's privacy than working as a team. Working alone also enables one to execute his/her duties without any disturbances, in other words if you are working alone you concentrate more than you do when you work with others.
What was your worst working experience?
My worst working experience was when i worked with someone who was going against Company Rules in order to gain favouratisim from Clients at my expense.Thus gaining more popularity than me.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
i have learnt that everyday you go to work you learn new ideas either from your workmates or from Clients. I also learnt that we should respect each other irregardless of what position they have whether higher or lower as each and every person plays a pivotal role in the day to day operations of the Company.

I have very good telephone manners and i can handle clients in a very distinctive way.

Being a Customer Relations Manager at a big Company

Dealing or assiting Clients either on the phone or direct.

Seating at one place the whole day can be tiresome
