Formal Education because it serves as the foundation on which one can quickly acquire and develop adaptable skillls that can give both the individual posessing the education and his employer a competitive edge from the organisation's human resource pool. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work allows individuals to complement each other's differing skills. A greater pool of iideas can be raised by working together. Each individual's weaknesses are revealed therefore paving way for proper human resoucre development. Quality is also enhanced as people assist each other in developing great feasible ideas.
