I prefer skills because the great personality ever known to us did not have formal educations like we have now for example Albert Einstine or Charls Babbage. It is skills you require to work rather than formal education. As with skills you become qualified.

What was your worst working experience?
climbing on the ladder and clamping the network wires. And even carry the ladder on your own when the helper was absent.
