I want to work in Nepal as Nepal is one of the developing countries.So ,to uplift the position of the Nepal like other developed countries,there is a needs of young generation and in Nepal day by day the youths of the Nepal are engaged in the habit of drugs,HIV etc.So I want to work for them by which I can show them the right path of the life.I want to work for the street child and youths who does not have parents and who are involved in petty crimes and drug related crimes. I am working in the field of HIV and harm reduction programme for the drug users . What fields have you worked in before? I was teaching to CMA(community Medicine Assistant) before working in harm reduction project. What qualifications do you hold? I am the student of Public health studying in BPH second year. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is important as it provides the knowledge to work but skill is more important because it is the way we work. Describe the benefits of working with others While we work with other people we exchange the knowledge with eachother and become more skilled and experienced. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is rarely done but while working alone we have to complete the job at any cost without help so we gain the confidence and creativity within ourselves. What was your worst working experience? There is no such experiences because I enjoy working any kind of job. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Team work is very important and a good relationship between coworkers, with a good leadership, provides teamwork energy. What unique skills do you have? I have ability to work in pressure. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream is organize my own organization in health feild where I can serve my society according to community demand.I want to serve the poor people,orphans,handicapped children,people affected with disasters etc. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect of my field is that we are working in a life saving job. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
