looking to work from home

What type of job are you looking for?

I am looking to work at home and write articles, stories, book reviews, or any internet related job.

What nationality are you?

Nepali

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I speak good english, my Nepali and Hindi is good as well but only speaking, and I understand basic French.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I am a house-wife and a mother of a two year old, in Kathmandu, and I'd like to find work here.

What countries have you worked in?

I've worked in Australia apart from Nepal.

What fields have you worked in before?

Librarian, teacher and fabric - designer.

What qualifications do you hold?

Diploma in Business studies from Lorraine Martin college Sydney Australia.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills. You may have tons of degrees but if you don't have experience they are of no use. Skills help us survive the most difficult moments of our lives.

Describe the benefits of working with others

You can learn a lot from others, plus it awakens a competitive spirit in you, which makes you want to work harder and become more efficient.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Competetion can also be a little distracting for some individuals like me. Working alone is more relaxing with no boss glaring at you with a timeline.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience was at a school library - there was no motivation to do something innovative.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Keep trying and striving untill you get the best of best result, without loosing hope.

What unique skills do you have?

I am a creative thinker, and lately I've been creating a world of my own in the form of stories.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Sitting at home weaving stories and getting paid for it.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

There is no limit to your imagination.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I don't think there are many jobs available in my country for creative writers.
