Being I am the student of Management I am looking for management jobs.But also have sound knowledge of computer science i.e. Tally,Excel and other accounting package.If i get the chance in this field i will become positive assets to the organization.No one is perfect in this world but i have confidence that i can do well in management field. What nationality are you? I am Nepali.I feel proud to say I am Nepali. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? My mother tongue is Nepali language .But I usually speak English .And if necessary i speak in Hindi language too. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking to work in Nepal.Being Nepali i am eager to serve here in Nepal .Nepal have many more opportunity to work.But no more equipped human resource.I will do for Nepal and serve Nepali people.I don't want my brain drainage to another country. What countries have you worked in? Till this time I have not worked in any countries.But i will liked to work in secured countries where peace and working environment is good for employers. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I don't need any countries Visa to work.I will serve in my own domestic country (Nepal). What field do you currently work in? I am working in management field. What fields have you worked in before? Before i haven't worked in any field. What qualifications do you hold? I have get my graduation from St.Xavier's campus and achieved the Bachelor In Information Management(BIM) degree affiliation from Tribhuvan University(TU).BIM is a 4 years bachelor program (Semester system). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills education because this is the time to sell ourselves for the organization.We should become Job creators not a Job seekers.So,skill knowledge can sell easily in the market and also have the more demand in the market.Skills knowledge can easily survive in the market. Describe the benefits of working with others Ideas and vision generation is the most important in this days.No single can generate more ideas and vision.Group or team works is more fruitful than a solo workers because in group there is chance of idea generation.And less chance of work burden. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone have less chance of misunderstanding in the organization.There is no any misapprehending and contradict in the organization.s What was your worst working experience? If we can't show our performance in the organization and if organization step towards the failure stage than it is consider as worst working experiance. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learnt critical thinking and decision making is the most important things in the organization. What unique skills do you have? No one is perfect in today's days but i have confidence that i can do well for the organization.I have motivation and leading skills and also have the councilling skills too.Also have the good knowledge of computer and specially accounting package. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I don't think any over ambitious job.But my interested is to get job in my own field.And to become a successful Manager of the organization. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? As we all know that human wants are unlimited .My interesting aspects of my field to get successful in my field and respect for the work not for the individual personals. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I don't aspects any alliance between the employers. I don't aspects vertical system of employers in the organizatio. What is your weakness?
