Just a Pharmaceutical Industry What qualifications do you hold? 1)S.L.C. 2)+2 3)Bachelor in Pharmacy Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? As per me, both go hand in hand, both of these cac't be seperated because its is really important to have theoritical and practical knowledge. But still, if an option comes forward for me in future to pick one, I would rather choose skill over formal education. What one learns practically is alwayd more beneficial and reward later than the theoritical knowledge. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefit of working with others or say in a team is, a team is always able to make better decisin the an individual alone. When it is a team, it's like bunch of ideas together. But, when it is an indidvidual, it's just a single idea put on, whose impact as for its pros and cons is just analysed from a single person's point of view. Therefore, the benefit of working with other is effecient and effective work with proper analysis in its long term impact on the work done minimising its cons to the possible extent. When we working with others, say for a business run, the work can be divided and easier to manage the sufficient working capital. Describe the benefits of working alone When working alone, the single individual is the sole decision maker. so, all the major decisions can be made taking less time. What was your worst working experience? None so far. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The team is very important. To get the job done effectively and efficiently, it is very importnat to have a good team with proper communication and understanding at the professional level between the team members. What unique skills do you have? The skills I have - Have knowledge on Microsoft Office What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I have always wanted to use my knowledge to the fullest. So, where I could use my knowledge to fullest would be my dream job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? As I work in production department, it gets really interesting when or if any problems arises, to solve it technically. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
