As Above What countries do you have a visa to work in? At the moment I do not have visa to work as I am doing a job under LONDON GEMSTONE TRADING CENTER PLC as Asia Manager Director and I have to travel to all 35 countries of Asia for few days on travel visa. So, no work visa required yet or procured. As they are not good pay master and since last three months did not paid me, so I have decided to tender my resignation. Directors of this company differs themselves which effects employees. What field do you currently work in? Sourcing of Importers and Exporters of Diamonds and Gems through internet and to make them vendors of this company. The vendor pays the company GBP 1000 per year for the total service including certification of Gems and Diamonds from GIA (Gemological Institute of America). What fields have you worked in before? I worked in the field of Life Insurance Policy Sales for 11 years. I worked in the electronic product sales for 4 years, I worked in the food items sales for 5 years, I worked in the export and import sector for 4 years. What qualifications do you hold? I passed B.Com Hons(Finance)from Department of Finance, Dhaka University B.COM HONOURS (FINANCE) IN 1980 SECOND CLASS and M.B.A.major in H.R.M. IN 2009 CGPA 3.25 on 4.00 scale from AMERICAN WORLD UNIVERSITY----California---U.S.A. Part 1 qualified on Post Graduate Diploma on Insurance from Bangladesh Insurance Academy----Mohakhali---Dhaka-----Bangladesh. Participated more than 261 Trainings, Seminers and Symposiums on Sales, Marketing, Management, Administration, Taxation, Insurance Sales, Import, Export, Indenting, Buying Agency, Merchandizing Quality Control and Foreign Correspondence. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Education and Experience both are valuable. I consider Experience. Because Education teach us the theory and the system. But practice makes it perfect---that is Experience. A man with bachelor degree with two years experience can easily does an work quick and perfect than a man with masters without experience. Describe the benefits of working with others WOW---very big benefit as follows: * A chain of command, * Perfect decession as we can discuss the work, * Proper monitoring, * Correction in case of need, * More result as the group work together, * Social stability and mental piece, * Hidden competition makes the result healthy. Describe the benefits of working alone I HAVE DONE ALONE mentality and unsocial satisfaction What was your worst working experience? In the sales of a product like Life Insurance Policy to the illeterate people of a country like Bangladesh was very very tough and worst experience. But I succeeded after so much of hazard---Look sir----they provide a date for understanding---I went and told everything-----to a religious man told it is HALAL mean as per Islam legal---to a businessman told it will save your Income Tax as the money is deductable income. And to all I told it will save your family in case of an accident, disability and death. After I have to go to a group of 4 men for 17 times to make the deal done. It took about 3 months. But after done---I was so happy and that was the worst experience in my life. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Proper Decession----Proper Timing-----and Proper Implimentation. If you commit or say something------you must fulfill that. What unique skills do you have? I AM PATIENCE----TRY AGAIN AND AGAIN. I AM SMILING---AS IT IS A BIG ASSET FOR BUSINESS AND SERVICE. I AM DOWN TO EARTH----EVERYBODY LIKE ME. I AM LOVING AND CARING----EVEN FOR THE MINI JOB I CARE MOST. I AM HARD WORKING----CAN WORK EASILY UP TO 18 HOURS. I AM PERFECTLY HONEST---IF I DO ANY MISTAKE---I TELL MY BOSS AS I BELIEVE THAT MY HONESTY WILL PAVE MY WAY TO THE TOP. I ALWAYS DISCUSS WITH MY OFFICIAL MATES BEFORE ANY MAJOR TASK. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? AS I AM BASICALLY A CHALLENGING MAN---SO I FEEL MY DREAMING JOBS WILL BE THOSE JOBS WHICH THE NORMAL PEOPLE FEAR TO DO. I CAN MENTION ALL THE SALES AND MARKETING JOBS ARE FALLING UNDER THIS CATEGORY. I WAS NEVER CRAZY FOR THE BASIC SALARY OR GROSS SALARY----BUT ALWAYS FOR THE COMMISSION ON THE SALES AND THE BONUS ON TARGET SALES AS IT INFORMS ME WHAT IS MY CAPACITY----WHAT IS MY POSITION. AND NOW A DAYS ALL THE COMPANIES ARE PROVIDING REWARDS TO THE GOOD SALES PEOPLE LIKE ME. THIS IS MY DREAMING JOB. WHAT YOU TELL ME TO SELL---I CAN DO. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? As I am a man who loves to smile---loves to take care and really like to achieve goal---I make my time on work pleasant----I am a SINGER---so mentally I have to be pleasant always. In Sales and Marketing when any deal closes---very interesting really. Within the work a cup of Lemon Tea and some jokes are also interesting. And when I take more money from the company than others for the good achievement---the heart is happy---and it is interesting indeed. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Sometimes boring---and sometime meeting some people are not smiling---are not civilized enough---but for the sake of company and the progress of mine just shut my mouth----is of course less interesting. And closing the dues from the vendors also must but less interesting.
