Actually i have working experince with couple of ISPs as wireless enginer. Capable to configure and handle and wifi point to point and point to multipoing device and handle the netowork management part. Presently i am working at an multinational a subcontractor of ZTE as a transmission engineer. What qualifications do you hold? I have completed my Bachelor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering specilised in Communication Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think both are inportant, because skill comes on the first pririty and but we can upgrade ourself further unless we have higher education. Describe the benefits of working with others If we work with others, we can have opputunity to share a lot of knowledge. I beleive that sharing is the only way we can learn and upgrade our knowledge. Describe the benefits of working alone Its good to work alone, but i dont beleive that there are benifits in working alone. What was your worst working experience? I have worked with ISPs as a wireless engineer and i do have good knowledge in packet level of switching. Preasently i am working at a subcontracotor of ZTE as an Transmission Engineer. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Better to stick with a single organistion rather then changing organisation What unique skills do you have? I have good experience on wireless line of sight, and i do possed sound knowledge in L2 and L3 devices. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be a Transmission Manager for a multinational company What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
