Formal education or skills and why? To me formal education is a must but it's not as valuable as skills, as education makes you prepare to get through experiences as well as learn newer skills but by being skilled you may gradually experience newer hights in your career path. Skills bring one with more and more competitive advantage which can't be substituted by formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others By working with others we might be benefited by sharing knowledge and versatile experiences, which at the end of the day teach us to be controlled, tolerant and flexible and to cope with different business situation and environment as well. Describe the benefits of working alone On the other hand there's some works which we need to accomplish all by ourselves. Working alone brings more slf confidence and pro-activeness, it also develop know-how-to in managerial decision making and also make one a self-starter and responsible risk taker.
