What fields have you worked in before? Accounts .IT and administration. What qualifications do you hold? Diploma in business administration. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i would prefer skilled education because it involes alot of skilled work and in terms of experience you get more experience from other members. Describe the benefits of working with others the benefit of working with others is i get to learn more ideas from other colleague and experience. Describe the benefits of working alone it limits one from getting to know more ideas from other people and limit the team spirits and no experience is achieved. What was your worst working experience? when i worked with an indian company in uganda.the working environment was not good and yet the pay was so poor. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? the lesson i have learnt is how to work with people of different background and how to controle my temper in case of any differences at work.how to deal with annoying clients,how to work hard no matter wether they have paid me or not and take up the situattion as it is. What unique skills do you have? i have skills in computor like about 3 accounting package.eg.Reckoner accounting package,tally accounting package ,sun accounting package What would you consider as your 'dream job'? i would consider being a managing director of an organisation at any one time.
