I am 35 years old and 10 years working in agriculture.Of these 10 years 3 years in Italy What qualifications do you hold? I have a high school diploma and 3 years I worked in Italy in Brescia on the production and protection of Flowers (Pelargonium zonale, Pelargonium peltatum, verbena, petunia, etc.) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
