Skill, firstly nobody can teach you how to be with people you have to judge a person the first few seconds and go with the gut feeling if you trying to sell the person anything yes formal education is important but i feel skills are much more important Describe the benefits of working with others It is allways a learn curve working with people because no persons are the same so you tend to learn on a ongoing basis how to deal with different people and sometimes is challenging but most times its fun Describe the benefits of working alone When working alone one tends to prioritise and you basical form your own way in which to work and get the job done What was your worst working experience?
