Looking for a job in a bar

What type of job are you looking for?

Hi i am looking to work in a bar here in Amsterdam, tho i must be honest i dont drink i just love the ambianceon the bars here in Amsterdam,and i am a very hard work and i lean very fast im a salesmen by nature i assure you i have the gift of the gab

What nationality are you?

South Africa Cape Town

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I speak English and abit of Dutch i can converse in dutch

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Im looking to work in Holland Amsterdam

What countries have you worked in?

South Africa, Ireland, Belgium Zimbabwe, Nambia

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Schengen states

What field do you currently work in?

Sales

What fields have you worked in before?

Property,Travel and Tours, Restaurant, Sales

What qualifications do you hold?

Im a qualified Estate agent and a Tour guide in South Africa

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skill, firstly nobody can teach you how to be with people you have to judge a person the first few seconds and go with the gut feeling if you trying to sell the person anything yes formal education is important but i feel skills are much more important

Describe the benefits of working with others

It is allways a learn curve working with people because no persons are the same so you tend to learn on a ongoing basis how to deal with different people and sometimes is challenging but most times its fun

Describe the benefits of working alone

When working alone one tends to prioritise and you basical form your own way in which to work and get the job done

What was your worst working experience?

Hard labour hence the reason i prefer sales and being a waiter my first job was on constraction

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Be truthfull if you dont know something say i dont know because i shit you not it will come bite you in the back sooner than you think

What unique skills do you have?

i have the abilitie to sell anything

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

A job that will pay me 6 digits

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Dealing with people on a day to day basis

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Dealing with rude people because then i have to be extra friendly

Were do you see yourself in 5 years time

I see myself Back in Africa with all my experances in Europe i would like to give it back to South Africa Cape Town because most Capetonians dont really know the rest of the world and try and uplift my people and give them hope because drugs and gangsterism is kill comunaties back home
