Looking for construction/labouring work in Netherlands

What type of job are you looking for?

I am looking for work in the construction industry in Holland. I have experience of fitting kitchens and plumbing work for the past 6 years. I'm also willing to consider any labouring work related to the construction industry. I have full reference and some photos of work.

What nationality are you?

Scottish

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Amsterdam/Rotterdam/Eindhoven or any of the big cities in the Netherands. I have been to Amsterdam before for a holiday and enjoyed every day of it so would like to get to know the dutch culture alot more.

What countries have you worked in?

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Anywhere in EU

What field do you currently work in?

Construction

What fields have you worked in before?

Construction

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider skills more valuable to the work I do than education. The reason I think this is I don't beleive you can teach someone to fix a broken pipe, unless there is a broken pipe.

Working with others can be an advantage if you are stuck with a problem, they may understand the problem you are dealing with, and vice-versa.

Describe the benefits of working alone

The benefits of working alone is you are more likely to get your head down and get on with the task in hand, or you may be able to concentrate easier.

What was your worst working experience?

Cold calling tele-sales

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

You can never learn to much!
