in my opinion skills and education cannot be separated they complete and support each other and the more educated one gets the more skill they can achieve .In today's vast array of skills, the "renaissance man" type is harder to achieve but it should not stop anyone from trying and that involves learning something new every day be that with more education or more practice or both

Describe the benefits of working with others

In my opinion one cannot reach his /her own full potential unless able to cooperate and work with others towards achieving the same goal : United we stand, divided we fall. The whole human progress is based on collective effort and passing the knowledge to the next person/generation by working together

Describe the benefits of working alone

From my experience sometimes the creative process needs the peace and quiet of being alone, a good example is that of Brancusi refusing to work in Rodin's workshop stating that "in the shadow of a great oak tree grass will not grow"

there are none.It all is very interesting, original and ready for me!!!

what makes the ideal employee??

In my opinion the ideal employee is one that can take advice, criticism and a bosses bad day with a smile and an open mind. One that can lead or follow and move forward.
