Netherlands, particularly Amsterdam. I´ve never been to Amsterdam, but I´m somewhat fascinated about knowing this city, so I´m decided to try to move to work and live there. What fields have you worked in before? Management advisory, in a materials for civil construction small company. What qualifications do you hold? I´m a graduate in Enterprise management. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? A balance of both, because I consider them as being complementary. Describe the benefits of working with others The brainstorming that is allowed; sharing responsibilities; the chance of advisory; the potential to promote a better quality at the working place. Describe the benefits of working alone The focus I can have when performing something demanding some quiet and non disturbing environment; the possibility of developing my own method of work, or my own ideas; some kind of independence. What was your worst working experience? I had some bad days, some bad tasks, like coordinating the tasks of addressing labels to some products which were not in place. This provoked in me some resistance and annoyance on the following of the directions that I was responsible for. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I must try to work in a way that allows me to feel an integrated part of the "machine", productive, and reach the end of the day with the feeling that those eight hours worth more to me than the salary I´m paid for. What unique skills do you have? Besides technical skills related to my field, i can add some computer skills especially excel, access, word, Navision; I´m creative, innovative, with a profound interest for the human relations, very curious, ambitious and determined. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Making part of a project that revolutionizes some standard way of thinking, manufacturing, helping and promoting the better quality of the existence of the major number of people possible, Something that provokes a breakthrough. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I like a lot finance and marketing and the whole economic system as a way men has settled to rule a part of his existence, so its captivating to feel the small role I´can play, the small portion of that system working that corresponds to my functions. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Sometimes it is boring to deal with machines and computers and spend a whole day inside an office... Have anything else to say about you? Yes.
