Kenyan

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English language at a high level

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

netherland, because there are more chance and oppotunity to learn more skills

What countries have you worked in?

i have worked in scotland for one year

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

at the moment am back in kenya have no visa to any country, if give a job will need to get a visa

What field do you currently work in?

i have worked in care of the elderly but currently am just doing business.

What fields have you worked in before?

i have worked in care of the elderly.

What qualifications do you hold?

i hold bn degree

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

i consider skills more valuable because

you learn from other, it makes work easier, you share skills,

Describe the benefits of working alone

become the manager of your own, you plan you time, work wt your own pase,

What was your worst working experience?

when at one point was doing anight shift and i called the nurse in charge to assist me with one of the patient and she igoned because that patiet needed care of one nurse, but through my observation, i could see that she need more help from some who was more experinced. after insisting she agreed to give assist and just to release that the patient was seriously, i asked her to call for doctor and later she thanked me because we nearly lost that patients.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

i have learnt to treat each patient as an individual and to respect them

What unique skills do you have?

easy to adopt, team prayer, computer skills, active listener and have ability to learn different languages

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

working with old people

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

learning new skill from other multdisplinary team and making my patients achieve what they cant do on there own

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

when carer treat those old people as if they dont exsist.

what is my weakness?

i could be quiet person sometimes
