Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I strictly prefer the skills because the students of th present days get certified in a theoretical way but they get failed when they come to job.So it will be better for us to consider the skill in all aspects and so we can filter those who were not fit in the practical work.

Describe the benefits of working with others

When you're working on a team with others, you can encourage one another. You can develop a bond, cultivate a friendship. You can learn how to depend on each other, learn the art of cooperation. You can, potentially, do less while achieving the same standard of work because the other teammates are there to help contribute to the goal as well, so it's not only you that's working hard for something. Other people also have other ways of doing things, and you can learn from their ways. Those are the benefits of working with others in a team - you might learn a different way of doing things or thinking about things.

Describe the benefits of working alone

working alone gives more autonomy and power to decide. it enables acting according to one's judgment without facing criticism. even while working alone, eperts advice and consultations with others can be fruitfully availed but the ulitimate decision will be with one person. working alone is best for those who want no interference with their style and working.

I think it depends on the type of work and your personality. If you're the type that needs to be around people being alone would be torture. They would be bored and wouldn't be able to concentrate. Some work better in a competing atmosphere.

So, for the one who is able and strives on being secluded and has the type of work that doesn't require anyone else. It would be heaven, peaceful, they would be able to gather their thoughts. However they would need some source of inspiration if not from other people.

What was your worst working experience?

By Gods grace I did not face such an experience.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

1.Manage expectations, learn to say "no".

When you're designing a system people will continually ask for more and more. If you try and please them you will go nuts. Set the expectation that they are getting X, and X only - and if the Y that they're asking for is possible then it will be considered for the next update. 2. Don't give people what they ask for, give them what they need. Very often you'll receive requests from people who are non technical asking for a particular implementation. I've often found that the implementation they are asking for doesn't really solve their problems, they just think it does based on their own misconception about the system. So always ask people what their real objective is and then try to figure out what solution would work best for them. It may sound like common sense, but I've seen way too many teams delivering what the client asked for only to find later that they've delivered a lemon because neither party had taken the time to understand what the right solution really is.

What unique skills do you have?

I am good in Programing, but i think what makes me different is that i am also a very interactive person. I like to interact with clients, understand their problems and see how i can handle their problems.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job is to own an IT Company.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

My field of study is Information Technology. I chose this major as soon as I entered Local State University in my town. I enjoyed working with computers during my learning. While I was looking for a job, I succeed in my efforts to get one in the international company in Japan. For me, the most interesting thing is gaining experience for my position.I also learned japanese which was very interesting for me.In addition to all this I found that meeting new people, and giving customer satisfaction , to be the best part of my job

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The least interesting aspect of my field is to work in night shifts.

How can potential employers contact you?
