What fields have you worked in before? I have worked in the following field: Administration, Accounting and Finance. What qualifications do you hold? I am a holder of a Master's degree in Business Administration Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I do consider formal education more valuable to skills because you need atleast a basic knowledge of education to ease skill development. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is very important because of the following; - increase input in creativity processes, - better communication skills, - division of labour, - multidimentional problem solving approaches.... Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone has some benefits like; - increase intensive thinking spirit, - liberty to carryout activities whenever - ease decision making What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was back then, when i was assigned to meet a customer who had no idee or the important of having an account in a bank. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i have learnt throughout my career is hardwork and concernstration. That is in order to attained your goals, experts advice and consultations with others can be fruitfully availed but the ulitimate decision will be you and this involves hard work. What unique skills do you have? I am a good planner with a highly organised skill and someone who likes working with people. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My 'dreamjob' will be working in an international organisation as an assitant administrator or as a customer's srevice agent. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The interesting aspects of my field are; - planning meeting schedules, - report presentation, - office stockcontrol, - presentation of formal letters, - controling invoices, - booking audiances for management, - reply to customer's mails. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspect of my field is; - filing office documents.
