In addition, my store was honoured “Management Team of the Year” R.E.A.L. Award (retail award widely recognized in the United Kingdom) at Signet Sales Conference in October 2008, Birmingham

Education is a solid ground to develope your skills on during future career, therefore equally important to possess both

Being a perfectionist, expecting too much from the team and being disappointed as a result

How to get the best out of your team by coaching the "right" behaviour required for successful result, delegate and communicate effectively

Ethically and professionally aware (high degree of personal integrity, unique ability to critically analyse and solve business problems, strong leadership capabilities, keen sense of business skills and acumen, good 'Team Player' (able to contribute to key corporate and team decisions), excellent communication skills (oral and written), high degree of IT proficiency (MS Office, email, WWW etc), some programming experience and knowledge of E-Commerce, analytical (able to deal with figures e.g. analysing data, make financial conclusions etc.)

Well organised, proactive, ambitious and professional, being able to demonstrate initiative, passion, commitment and devotion. I consider myself being a manager who enjoys leading by example and motivating the team to offer every customer a very special, unique, VIP-like service.
