Medicine, public health and health administration, writing, translating What qualifications do you hold? Medical doctor from Iran,MD. Public health masters from USA,MPH. Major in health administration and policy. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? In this fast pace changing world, both formal education and skills complete eachother and go hand in hand all the way through your career and you can't seperate them from eachother, specially in Medical field. Describe the benefits of working with others I enjoy working with other, because I can learn from them and it is much more fun to work as a team and help each other to finish the task more comprehensive. Describe the benefits of working alone I also enjoy working by myself, because I can make plan and do it myself without waiting on others and finish the task faster and more responsible. What was your worst working experience? Once I was working in a microbiology lab and I cultured a very rare virus and the next day I found out that they were all infected because of some technical problems in the lab. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? In order to get along with people and work as a team efficiently, you have to be able to put yourself in their shoes and you have to be their friend. Keeping cool in hot situations really helps. In working relationship, like any other relationship attacking the problem should be the main focus not attaching each other by any means. What unique skills do you have? I am a pastry cheff and I love to use my skil for whoever is around me. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I like analyzing data, planning, testing, teaching and implementing health programs in order to helps the neediest people in the world to become healthier and happier. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Helping people by educating and empowering them to be able to prevent health issues.
