Despite the benefit one can derive from skill, I will consider formal education because there is an amount of practical training as one goes through during formal education, this gives the individual some amount of skills his/her formal education. I also beleive one who goes through skill is narrow minded on his/her particular skills learnt while formal educatiom widens the knowladge of the individual, preparing him/her for any form of work. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other people can help me gain more knowlage, as knowladge is not found in an individual. It will also enance my team playing abilities. It will enable me to be more tolerant as we are from different background but aiming at the same goal i there have to be tolerant, as it held to achieve the goal of the organisation. Describe the benefits of working alone It will help me to be independent since there will be no one to look out to for support. What was your worst working experience?
