My worst working experience that I can recall happened when I had to participate in a group research. In the assignment, every member of the group was given specific task to do. But most annoying, some of the group members were not just meeting up with their terms of reference, and as result, the submission of the final research report was delayed. This earned the team a very serious warning from the management.
