Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills and formal education are both valuable, they are mutually complimentry. And separately they are both uniquely relevant and valuable.

Describe the benefits of working with others

When you work with others, you are able to share experiences and knowledge. Working with others helps you to learn the core values of team work, and this is vital in achieving the goals of the organisation.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Apart from team work, working alone could be beneficial. Working alone can help you manage your time much better. However, if it is a work that requires team work, working alone will not yield better outcome.

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience that I can recall happened when I had to participate in a group research. In the assignment, every member of the group was given specific task to do. But most annoying, some of the group members were not just meeting up with their terms of reference, and as result, the submission of the final research report was delayed. This earned the team a very serious warning from the management.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lesson I have learnt is that the goals of the organisation supersede any personal goal.

What unique skills do you have?

I have the ability of listening to different shades opinion and synthesize them.

Any job that challenges and brings out the best in me.

Ability to bring help to the needing; and impact on the lives of those who struggle daily to meet the basic needs.

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The least interesting aspects is when I have to do routine things,i.e, not able to think out of the box.

Please replace this with a question of your own

How soon can I get the job? If I eventually get employed, what are the benefits associated with the job ? and what are the opportunities for growth on the job?

How can potential employers contact you?
