I am a full trained producer certification and trade certification inspector and currently I conduct producer certification and trade certification audits in East Africa. I do consultancy work on social and environmental audits in the flower,tea and coffee industry.We monitor and evaluate issues on health and safety, social development of marginalized workers in the agriculture industry,Freedom of association, freedom from discrimination,freedom of labor and environmental development. I also conduct trade certification audits for producers in Africa that has great emphasizes on traceability systems, supply chain, flow of goods and flow of payments.
