Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal education because its curriculum has been developed in such a way to suit the level of people who are partaking it and has been scientifically proven.

Describe the benefits of working with others

It makes the workload efficient and effective boosting an individual's morale because we have a set up of different people who have different views thus mistakes areless likely to occur.

It brings harmony and unity as everyone feels part and parcel of the group hence helps ironing out differences amongst them. One learns to share ideas thusfeels accepted and wanted which makes them work with a free mind and once they are implemented it helps the organisation and the individual as well.

Encourages competition hence there is productivty

You have your own privacy and you work at your own pace without theinfluence of others. You have self actualisation because you know your own potential and weaknesses rather tha being told by another individual

What was your worst working experience?

Working without resources like computers, printer, photocopier, toner, bondpaper even a pen when my job is to assist people with grievances and had to improvise with my own coffers because i love my job

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

If you have a will or passion you will definately have a way that needs you to be innovative and a fast thinker to get what you want and despite the odds still maintain a good name

Good social,interpersonal and communication skills Self motivated, diligent, able to work under pressure and effective on time management

Innovative and ability to uphold the principle of confidentiality

Team player but accepting individual accountability

Computer literate

What would you consider as your 'dream job' and why?

Counsellor because i have a humanitarian feel towards vulnerable and underpriviledged people

What are the most interesting aspects of your field and why?

Staff Welfare and grievances because i love helping people

What are the least interesting aspects of your field and why?

Misconduct cases whereby at times we have to dismiss or downgrade people

Why should you be hired for this job?

My passion and love to help, experience,composure and preparedness to work anywhere in the world if there is need makes me suitable for a humanitarian job
