Describe the benefits of working with others It makes the workload efficient and effective boosting an individual's morale because we have a set up of different people who have different views thus mistakes areless likely to occur. It brings harmony and unity as everyone feels part and parcel of the group hence helps ironing out differences amongst them. One learns to share ideas thusfeels accepted and wanted which makes them work with a free mind and once they are implemented it helps the organisation and the individual as well.
