Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I strongly believe that both is valuable and goes hand in hand. To start, formal education is vital due to it will help you know if what your doing is correct. As they say "knowledge is power". It is vital that you know what you are doing no matter what you specialized.It will not make you ignorant about things and it is a vital tool you carry everywhere.Once you gain knowledge then u apply it to reality and that's where you express is through skills. Skills is important to in dividual because it is vital in surviving in this world with the unemployment number rising. It will then depend on one's skills to be employed. Therefore, with that in mind both really plays a vital role to us and is valuable depending how you use it. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefit of working with others is that you acquire unity among the group. It will then decide if you are an inborn leader or a team player. As the cliche stated "no man is an island", applies with working with others. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefit of working alone is that it will give you focus on your task andavoids conflict compared to working in group specially if your idea does not coincide with their ideas. What was your worst working experience? We had a conflict in a presentaation due to the person who is leading the group does not even listen to our suggestion and ideas. It created a gap and tension. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learned to strive hard to get what i wanted.I learned the importance of hardwork and respect, because wherever you are u need to bring those essential characteristics. What unique skills do you have? I am flexible, i learn fast and I am very competitive. I am a people person which means i can be a either a leader or a team player,I give not only 100% but 200% effort. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is working in a specialized area in the hosspital like intensive care unit or operating room. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? What is interesting with nursing is that it is a continuous learning. And every patient you handle is your responsibility. It is exciting because you handle different kind of people and you are helping in saving their lives. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
