Formal education or skills and why? both, education in nursing is very important because the practice is evidence based medicine and nursing. nurses do needs skills to be able to care for the patient in different domains. Describe the benefits of working with others It is important to manage properly the plans for the sicks patients and their families.The work in team is basic because the individual has different needs.I see that the nurse has to cooperate with the patient his family, the social worker, dietetician, phisiotherapist, occupational therpist. In this way we can acchieve a complet goal to our patient and the best recovery plan. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone I can build plan for the patient, I have the chance to get into his private life and with respect I can advise and work with him toghetehr.If the patient needs I have to build aplan with the best knowledges in his interest. What was your worst working experience? The work with people that is hard to comunicate because is difficult to know what this patients are filling.Iknow that they are in difficult positiont to commiunicate but I can not be sure that the result is satisfing for the the patient. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt the the patient has to decide and to agree with the nursing plan and the patient decision has to be respected in accord with the ethical cod. What unique skills do you have? I am interested to listen to the patient, I like to leave space between my opinion and his/her decision about facts and with respect to let him decide what is in his interest.I AM A GOOG LISTNER AND A LIKE TO WORK WITH THE PATIENT AND HIS FAMILY. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A nursing facilitie with patients that needs care, guide, conducted and a good team to work with.I like to plane and to gaet results for the patient in his familie. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I have the abilitie to asses the patient needs, to guide him until the he is getting the best acchivement.I can work with patient that needs paliative care and to give support for their needs.
