Both are important, you can't be fulfilled having only one of these requirements. You have to combine those two in the most effective way. Describe the benefits of working with others Teamwork is the key for success nowadays. Also competition, collaboration and group responsibility. Describe the benefits of working alone Being yourself, be aware of your capabilities and put them into practice Having the satisfaction that you can make something good and useful all by your self. What was your worst working experience? Working for 72 hours without any sleep after two weeks of some 16-18 hours of work a day. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Consistency, reliability, and faith in what you do What unique skills do you have?
