My duties were: - arrangment of service for the vessel (tankers, wood-carries, etc.) all over the world through the international service companies - communication with the masters, the superintendants of the vessels re. service onboard, new or faulty equipment, etc. - correspondence (incoming/outcoming) with the ships and service stations in English and Russian + communication by phone - processing of information in a corporative system CRM Microsoft Business Solutions+ Navision+ Outlook+Microsoft Office, incl. compiling a database and keeping it updated everyday - monitoring of more than 20 vessels everyday - purchasing new radio- and navigational equipment from the suppliers - warranty matters - working with the claims and complaints from the customers, masters and the crew - dealing with such companies as Thrane and Thrane, Raytheon, Skipper, Litton, Consilium, Hyundai, Prisco, Unicom, etc. Russian and English spoken fluently, German limited spoken.
