Formal education or skills and why? Skills, because you are learning faster in practice. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is very important, in group people are working faster with less mistakes. Cooperation is good for future. Describe the benefits of working alone More money but also less free time. What was your worst working experience? I was working in KZU ( I was cleaning trains ). I was risking my life for funny money. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Team work is better that single work. Being selfish is worthless. What unique skills do you have? I don't know if I can call this " skill " but I can work without rest. For example when I was working in security I did that without break ( 11.5h ) What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I don't have dream job. Everyone will say : " Sitting behind desk and fill in papers. " What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Trustworthy, punctual, loyal. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I can't argue with boss when the day of paying is comming :P ... I am without idea.
