Manages individual quota for mid to low tier accounts. Sells solutions and services into the installed base by placing outbound customer calls and overcoming objections. Responsible for pro-actively identifying any new business opportunities while maximizing the incremental revenue for existing customers to achieve revenue and profit goals. Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing and also keep up to date on knowledge of the company. Key Responsibilities: Account management of low to mid tier application partners (APs) to develop their awareness of our products, policies and assist them in future sales of their applications Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets Drives profitability of assigned accounts by proactive outbound calling Produce timely and accurate sales forecasts to Sales Management Prepare proposals and quotations as required Understand the companys pricing and policies and adhere to same Ensure activities are documented as per internal procedures using Salesforce.com Close Transactional opportunities which include additional users, license upgrades, back to business, platform changes, and license compliance. Track progress of sales leads generated through marketing or general enquiries Will play a role in conducting Marketing Campaigns to drive incremental business through outbound calling through joint campaigns and campaigns aimed directly at APs (Application Partners) or end users Full Ebb and Flow of accounts. (Identified rising stars may transfer to field for account management and accounts not committed to growth may transfer to Inside.) Understand APs business vision, technology strategy and execution plan initiates, drives to field or executes Responsible for driving potential business development initiatives to grow AP business by identifying trends & advising marketing to set up programs Maintain knowledge of competitors products and services Liaise with other departments to maximise customer satisfaction Represent the company in a professional manner at all times Involve and work closely with pre-sales consultants as appropriate Key Results Areas (Measures of Performance) Monthly, Quarterly and Annual revenue targets met Minimum queries on orders Prompt payment of Invoices by Customers Activity levels maintained at required level Good relationships internally Become a trusted Advisor Continuous completion and update of the Platinum Sheet process Qualifications Educated to graduate level and at least 2-5 years proven sales experience preferably in the computer software industry. Must be a team player, self starter, loyal, discrete and able to take initiative. Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Some travel required from time to time. Must also have the mindset of an international team player. Experience, Accomplishments and Skills Native in Dutch, fluent in english, if applicable good knowledge in French and spanish but not mandatory Proven track record in telephone sales in the B2B technical market with significant increases in gross sales due to personal efforts. Must have previously used a CRM Sales application Track record of generating new business. Must possess excellent communication skills/written skills. Proven ability in the implementation and tracking of marketing efforts. Experience in developing and maintaining long term relationships with customers.
