What nationality are you? I am a UK/ EU national, with experience in working overseas. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I am a native English speaker. However I have a strong desire to learn Dutch. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking for a position in the Netherlands, I am able to travel to many different locations. What countries have you worked in? I have previously worked in my native UK as well as lived and worked in New Zealand. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I am legally able to work in any EU state. What field do you currently work in? I currently work in a face-to-face customer contact role on a holiday park. What fields have you worked in before? As well as in retail/ customer service I have also worked in administration, creative industries as well as agriculture. What qualifications do you hold? Formal education or skills and why? i feel that actual skills are more important. This is because I consider some skills to be gained in the real world, and not all skills can be demonstrated by qualifications, and vice versa. Describe the benefits of working with others There are many benefits. Co-operation and collaboration of ideas of most likely the most significant. Although there area others such as bringing ideas of specialists, and the sharing of responsibility. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone allows you to be more focused and solely take the responsibility for your actions, and also organise personally your own time management. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was with a job within a team of poor morale and people not co-operating. As there was few team players it was not a positive atmosphere and standards within the organisation had slipped. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learned to speak out on certain issues and also to seize opportunities both personal and professional when they arise. What unique skills do you have? I have many skills, having gained many practical skills I am able to be an affective problem solver as well as having the ability to communicate with people of different national and social backgrounds and other challenging circumstances. I can also generate ideas, and effective solutions. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My idea job would one that would draw on my abilities previous experience, as well as having room to develop further. Hopefully making a difference to people. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects of the field are meeting people from every walk of life, and observing where people are different and where people are similar. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Often there are time when it is a quiet time of year, resulting in little work achieved. This is not interesting to me because I like to achieve something at least once a day, with my own personal goal. Do you have any licences, permits and certifications?
