just in england working as a welder/fabricator for 20 years

i was working on consruction work for 3 years and i have a cscs card

before that i was welding aluminium,stainless steel and also doing sheetmetal work containers and wash station and some other specialize jobs.
What qualifications do you hold?
i have city and guilds in engineering technology and also engineering craftsman qualificaton.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
in my 20 years working as a fabricator i found working at least 10 differnt companys to become an all rounder welder/fabricator

i benifitted working with all my work mates in all the companys by learning to work and do the job the way they do to improve efficiency to get the job done on time.

i was working alone on some big projects in a small welding company for 8 years in the workshop while the boss was in the office.

working with the people who don't know there job
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
working on my own and learning to use my own initiative.

i have skills martial arts
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
my dream job would be to work as a draughtsman or steel estimator in this line of work.

being able to fit in working with the other people.
