Formal education gives you the ability to rationlize better and faster the acquired skills, to connect them to real life and to improve yourself in the right direction.Also it helps you to create stable basis of continuous improvement Describe the benefits of working with others Teamwork is neccesary because the complexity of modern production requires the efforts of many people to finalize the product. You can share experience, knowledge, and not at the place good relations are prerequisite for comfort and willingness to work.
