Bulgarian, English, Russian (fluently), Romanian & Italian conversational level

Norway,Switzerland,netherlands,Finland,Denmark,France,Italy,UK I've got good experience as an AOI process engineer, but the motivation factor and possibilities for grouth are exhausted in Bulgaria.

Italy

Bulgaria is a EU country, for most of the countries visa is not required.

What field do you currently work in?

Automotive, pcb assembly production - EPIQ EA - Automatic Optical Inspection, IPC-610D certified

What fields have you worked in before?

Semiconductors - Methalization & Ion implantation, IC (Integrated Circuits) Test Engineer

What qualifications do you hold?

BS - LETI (St.Petersbourg Electrotechnical Institute) - 1990

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal education gives you the ability to rationlize better and faster the acquired skills, to connect them to real life and to improve yourself in the right direction.Also it helps you to create stable basis of continuous improvement

Describe the benefits of working with others

Teamwork is neccesary because the complexity of modern production requires the efforts of many people to finalize the product. You can share experience, knowledge, and not at the place good relations are prerequisite for comfort and willingness to work.

Describe the benefits of working alone

When you've been assigned to complete something alone in case that you competent enough, have the know-how, experience and skills and understand clearly what is expected from you, working alone can give you the possiblity to concentrate and to finish the job faster.

What was your worst working experience?

I can nopt complaint about such a think, all I've witnessed was between standard everyday life's limits.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

To create and save backups.

What unique skills do you have?

Working with Omron RNS_ptH, RNS-LS, VT-WIN2, VI3000, Marantz 22X, quality standards for automotive industry, IPC-610D certification,Built-in methodology to analyze,think and optimize,and not as a last thing to finalize the tasks and to follow deadlines.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Something like my recent AOI job with some variations maybe.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

requirements for 0 ppm defect rate, continuous improvement

Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I don't see such

What values do you concider most important

Respect to professionalism, punctuality, responsibility, correct human relations and loyalty. And my willingness to work in a team, sharing the same values and principles.
