Formal education gives you the ability to rationlize better and faster the acquired skills, to connect them to real life and to improve yourself in the right direction.Also it helps you to create stable basis of continuous improvement Describe the benefits of working with others Teamwork is neccesary because the complexity of modern production requires the efforts of many people to finalize the product. You can share experience, knowledge, and not at the place good relations are prerequisite for comfort and willingness to work. Describe the benefits of working alone When you've been assigned to complete something alone in case that you competent enough, have the know-how, experience and skills and understand clearly what is expected from you, working alone can give you the possiblity to concentrate and to finish the job faster.
