Working with others has several benifits. One is actually that one learn from team work far more than working on our own. second sharing ideas and delegating work leads to more productive and efficient work. Third joing thoughts together from others makes it more powerful to succeed

Also working alone has its own benifits, it makes the person not a free rider. It allows one to concentrate more and focus on performing better and proving oneself

My worst working experience was when I a day at work passes by without being productive or not learning from the job

The most important lesson I have learnt is actually one never stops to learn something new throughout ones work. Therefore one should be open minded and flexible to allow this flow of learning and make use of all opportunities available

It is hard to describe oneself but maybe one of my unique skills if i need to think of any is my dedication to work and hard work. I believe that one should love what one works and not simply work

My dream job will be actually working in a positive and inspiring environment and be as productive as possible

The most interesting aspect of my field is actually working in a develpment organization makes a person feel that their life is valuable and that one could actually through one work be able to help those in need
