I am a man of 33 years of age.I have an Adavanced Diploma in wood technology , a Technical Diploma In Drafting &surveying & certificates in Construction technology.I am also a fourh year students studing Building Construction in the Summer Degree programme..For 8 years I worked as a building Construction traineer in a technical school.Now I am working as a Technical Assistant at Adama University In Ethiopia.
I speak English very well & I wish working in different parts of the world adaptig my self with different cultures.

PURPOSE: The Work Force Services Department is responsible for delivering technical support services to all employees in accordance with the overall objectives of the Information Technology Group. This position will be responsible for working under general direction of the WFS Manager with a clear framework of accountability. This position will provide substantial personal responsibility and autonomy for the Site Support Analysts to ensure appropriate SLA-based response and resolution to reported issues.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
„X Provide technical expertise and end-user support in the area of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server OS platforms „X Provide defined services to deliver and maintain IT Operations. „X Participate and lead in medium project efforts. ¡V Guide work and technical direction of lower level teams. „X Provide technical lead services on challenging problem issues. „X Provide direction and leadership to lower levels. „X Assisting with interviewing new candidates for Site Support positions. „X Provide escalation support services and interface with third level Support groups. „X Provide interface services with individual businesses, second level support groups and outside vendors. „X Review problem tickets and respond to end-users appropriately and within established SLA and OLA standards; resolve open tickets in a timely and professional manner ensuring a positive client experience. „X Reviews and maintains Site Support Operations related process documentation. „X Develop customer relationships that drive activities and exceed customer expectations „X Troubleshoot, research, and resolve escalated technical problems and incidents „X Research new industry technologies and recommend proactive solutions within the environment „X Performs work across all areas of the site „X Participate and lead large project efforts in support of company¡¦s IT Operations efforts.
