Whilst it is always good to have good qualifications as a nessacary foundation nothing can for account for experience in a job. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team a has tremendous benefits.Being able to work together to resolve an issue which make the department run more efficiently and problem solving is a lot quicker Describe the benefits of working alone Having worked alone in previous jobs.The advantages are you are not exposed to the politics of the company and more flexibilty in the way that you work which gives you more self motivation and a drive to succeed. What was your worst working experience? We had lost 3 voice switches which caused a major outage.It took months to software install all the traffic. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always be thorough,detailed and do the best job that you can but also try to enjoy what you do as well. What unique skills do you have? I am able to work under extreme pressure when called on and I have very good problematic skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
