Formal education or skills and why? I think both are very important, actually I think that they complement very well, because education give you a formation and, the capacity to improve your knowledge, and the skills are important too, because with those you are able to develop your knowledge and applying both things at work will get you good results Describe the benefits of working with others I like group work, I think you can learn a lot from the others, also I like dealing with people, I like to help in any way possible when it comes to solving a problem. That you can communicate people things in different ways, and that's a challenge, because people doesn't want to hear the same thing.
