Formal education or skills and why? Both are necessary. One needs the formal education and theoretical background to know and understand the physiological basis for how the human body functions and why in adition to the actual hands on skills required to perform the tasks necessary to function inthe Healthcare field as a competent provider Describe the benefits of working with others Noone can work alone; especially in the Healthcare field so that we can learn from each other, support the decision making proccess when developing a plan of care for our patients and using the Team approach in providing quality care that is also delivered with caring and compassion.
