I work in an icu since a year ago. i would like to know which are the options to work in curacao. or another country. ill finish my licenciature studies next september. What field do you currently work in? intensive care unit What fields have you worked in before? hospitality room, emergency room but not for too long What qualifications do you hold? i dont know how you call it there, but im registered nurse i guess( i studied nursing for 3 years and got my diploma) and now finishing my licenciature studies Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i guess if you dont have formal education your skills are not going to be in the same level of quality, but sometimes you find people who have good skills because of the experience but not formal education, so i think to be a good profesional, you must have enough for boht of them Describe the benefits of working with others in this career there is not too much benefit working alone, so is very important to work in group, you are working with human life where mistakes are not welcome. and if they do, you need the help of tohers to solve them for the people sake. On the area im working now everyday i learn more, and every experience is different, so let you a good mark on your knowledge.
