According to my view Formal education is the dress we wear(i.e it may be neat & ugly), but the skills represents the way how we talk, walk, react, smile, etc.. Describe the benefits of working with others When we work as a team we will never get tired and feel guilty alone, we will be motivated & the co operation of others makes us to work more. Describe the benefits of working alone When we work alone we can concentrate in the work alone with all fulfillment, but we can't work more time, even the time we work matters a lot..
