| I didn't get paid, what can I do? I'm 16 and live in New Jersey. I worked a job this summer, but because it was at my school, my boss said I didn't need to get working papers. Well, I still haven't been paid and I've been off the job for about 3 months. I really would like the money I'm owed so I can put it in the bank and save it. At this point, I'm losing money on interest, and I just want to be over with it. What are my choices as to getting the money? Edit: He said that he doesn't owe me anything... I NEVER received a SINGLE paycheck. |
