Marketing,promotion and management specialist. Educational background of being a college professor for over 16 years. Banking and also cocktail and bartending background.

Education, Management, Owning and operating my own fitness facility, banking, aerobics management, bartending customer service, retail management.

B.A. and 15 credits towards MBA. all certifications for fitness and personal training.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Skills and business application, because every company you work for you learn alot more at a quicker and more valuable experience because it is hands on education.

Learning how to appreciate the knowledge others have to give you for continuous education.

Being able to work and be self-responsible for everything you do, and to self manage yourself to complete all applications you have to by yourself and be accountable for yourself.
What was your worst working experience?
Working in Corp over 350 facilities, and becoming a corp. clone, when you are an individualist.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
That I have to enjoy what I am doing and be able to help out others and also realizing, that health is not just being healthy, but having social, physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and occupational dimensions.

Many a large and excellent variety that I can explain upon request.

Living and being employed in the Caymen Islands and finish publishing my books that I have written.

Helping others achieve their goals.

Believe in yourself and God to supply you with positive energy to go on and complete all your short term and long term goals.
