A nasty customer refused to accept what looked the best for her daughter's wedding because she was buying the dress and her daughter must obey her decision. She continued to make a scene with nasty words to her. It made herself look bad, wounded her daughter's feeling, and embarrassed her in front of everyone. It hurt me too as a novice because I could not convince her to see the truth. I learned I have the passion of solving customers’ problems and fulfilling their needs. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? A friendly efficient communication is the most essential factor which leads you to either success or failure.
