I am a successful project manager with strong skills in managing multiple priorities, deadlines and schedules. I am extremely detail oriented and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. I’ve worked for several large Pharmaceutical companies for the past 10 years in Medical Affairs organizations where I received a basic knowledge of each department’s function. I have worked as both regular and contract employee. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills - Leqarning from being out in the real world teaches you things that you can't learn in school. For example good work ethic. how to conduct yourself in corporate/work situations,and more. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others gives you the opportunity to learn what they know, gain different perspective, work in a team environment. Describe the benefits of working alone Independent thinking & problem solving, less interruptions What was your worst working experience? Working from home for a company across the country, feeling unattached and not a part of the group. Not being acknowledged for my contributions. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Everyone has a contribution to make no matter what their position on a team. Also, most people can be taught a skill but a good work ethic is something you have or don't have. What unique skills do you have? I am intelligent. I am friendly and get along well with others. I am able to work with others in a diplomatic way. I value everyone's opinion. I am hard working and take pride in producing quality work. I am honest and loyal. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I would love to work in a busy environment. Being part of a team where I would help produce something from start to finish. Something the makes a difference and helps (people) in some way. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Having worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry, as a non scientist/medical person, learning about the ailments & diseases and how drugs can help make people's lives better has been very exciting. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Reporting, measuring importance of work, performance reviews Why sould I be considered for a position. I have a long work history. I have excelled in almost everything I've done. I have worked in different fields and most people have been happy to work with me.
