| What will i be doing in the Air Force as a Financial Management Comptroller? I am meeting with my recruiter to discuss opportunities with the Air Force. I am 32 and have 10 years of financial experience. I am looking to go in as a Financial Management Comptroller. (because of my background) I have a couple of questions... #1, if i am joining the reserves, why does it state that the job is located in New Jersey. Does it matter where it is? Does this mean that this will be my base station? #2, if i enlist full time, will this be my permanent station for my tenure? and #3, how often do Financial Management Comptroller's get set to Iraq or Afgan? Would i see any combat time and how long will i be gone at a time? Just curious. I have a wife and 2 little girls. Just want to make sure that i am not making a selfish decision. Thanks guys / Gals. |
